Breath of Fresh Air at VPS
P&TGRS were delighted to donate 50% of the cost of air-conditioning for the Village Pre School.
Nicky Lovegrove, VPS Manager reported that the heatwaves that they endured during the last few weeks of last term were very difficult for the staff and children to manage.
‘However, I am delighted to announce that we now have AIR CONDITIONING in our 2 rooms!!! Thank you to TG Methodist Church for agreeing to this and a huge thank you to P&TG Residents Society for supporting us with 50% of the cost. This will make future heatwaves much more bearable for everyone … it has already proved to be of benefit 😊”
Our Comms Committee has now taken over managing our grants and were so pleased to be able to assist the staff and children at the Village Pre-School.
If you have a project which would benefit a local group, take a look at our Grants and Donations page for more information on how to apply for up to 50% of the cost from P&TGRS.
