Legacy Gifts

If you choose to kindly donate to Penn & Tylers Green Residents Society in your will, please use our Registered Charity number (1098879) to ensure it isn’t confused with any other charity.

You can either choose to specify that your legacy is restricted for a specific purpose, for instance, our work in the woods, or it will be channelled to our central funds where it can be invested or spent as the Trustees see fit.

Benefits of Legacy Gifts

Making a legacy gift in your will is easy to do, but please check with your professional advisor.

• Types of legacy:  specified cash sum, specific gift (e.g. land, securities), percentage of estate (residuary)
