P&TGRS are offering an Open Evening on ‘The Woods of Penn & Tylers Green, Past, Present and Future’.
Miles Green will start off with the story of the extent and importance of our woods in the past; Earl Howe will continue with an account of how the woods on his estate and managed today and Mark Titterington will conclude with a look at the increasingly crucial role woods will be playing in the future as we face increased global warming.
There will be time for questions at the end as well as a cash bar and an opportunity to socialise.
Although entry will be free, we do need registrations to ensure that we keep to the limits of the Village Hall.
